After a decade of teaching insurance agents how to generate leads, automate follow-up, build referral networks, and stay accountable to their goals, we started to notice a pattern.
Most agents love the idea of systems. They love learning how to grow. They take the trainings, the notes, the screenshots — but when it comes time to actually build it, integrate it, and run it consistently, most just don’t have the time, patience, or bandwidth.
That’s not a knock on anyone.
It’s reality.
Running an agency today is exhausting. You’re wearing twelve hats — producer, service rep, marketer, HR, accountant, tech support, therapist. Everyone wants more sales, more automation, more referrals, more everything — but the one thing nobody has more of is time.
That’s exactly why we built LARA.
And now, we’re ready to open it up to our first 10 agents in a pilot program.

The Truth That Sparked LARA
The truth is simple: most agents know what to do. They just don’t have the time, interest, or systems to actually do it.
We’ve spent years teaching people how to:
Build and manage referral partnerships
Create local lead funnels
Automate follow-up and nurturing
Stay accountable to their daily goals
And what we kept hearing was the same thing over and over again:
“I know this works — I just don’t have time to build it.”
“I’m great at selling and leading a team, but I hate the tech.”
“I want to run my agency off referral partners, but I never get around to finding them.”
That became the foundation for LARA — a platform that does what agents already know should be done, but in a way that’s manageable, efficient, and repeatable.
What LARA Actually Is
LARA stands for Leads, Automation, Referral Partners, and Accountability.
It’s not another lead vendor or CRM. It’s the connective tissue between all the things that make a modern agency actually run smoothly.
Here’s how it came together.
Leads
We’ve spent a decade teaching agents creative ways to generate business without spending a fortune on leads. LARA takes those methods — contests, community-based engagement, referral triggers, and relationship-based outreach — and runs them systematically. You get a steady rhythm of new conversations coming in without having to reinvent the wheel every week.
Automation
We built out the automation piece because, bluntly, most agents don’t do it.
They mean to. They plan to. But it’s never the top priority.
So LARA automates the right things — lead nurturing, follow-up, reminders, and communication — while still leaving space for the human side of this business. It’s not meant to replace effort. It’s meant to keep the effort organized and consistent.
Referral Partners
Every agent says they want to build a business on referrals — but almost nobody has the time or structure to make it happen.
LARA helps identify and maintain those relationships. It creates the follow-up flow, touchpoints, and accountability that make a referral network work, instead of letting it sit on a wish list.
Accountability
This was the piece we almost didn’t build — but we realized it was the missing link.
Most agents don’t struggle because of a lack of opportunity. They struggle because there’s no one keeping them accountable for working those opportunities.
So we built in light structure — the kind that keeps you consistent, reminds you of what’s on deck, and ensures the leads and partners you already have are being worked the way they should be.
Why We’re Starting Small
We’re only onboarding 10 agents in the pilot phase because we want this to be real, not rushed.
This group will work directly with us to refine the systems, test the processes, and help shape the final version of LARA before it scales to the rest of the industry. It’s hands-on, collaborative, and designed to build something that actually fits the daily life of an agent or agency owner.

What You Can Expect from the Pilot
If you’re one of the ten, you’re not getting a canned program.
You’re helping us shape it.
You’ll work with the frameworks we’ve already built — the automation, lead campaigns, referral systems, and accountability structure — and give feedback on what’s working, what’s clunky, and what could make your day more efficient.
We’ll refine together.
The goal is to make LARA feel like it’s been sitting inside your business the whole time — like the thing you didn’t realize you needed until it showed up.
Why LARA Matters
When we first started teaching this stuff years ago, the mission was education. Help agents learn to market better, run smoother, and grow faster. But what we eventually learned was that information alone isn’t enough.
Knowledge doesn’t replace bandwidth.
And “good intentions” don’t follow up with clients.
Agents don’t fail because they don’t care — they fail because there’s too much to juggle and not enough structure to keep it all moving.
That’s what LARA is designed to fix.
It brings clarity to chaos and consistency to effort.
We didn’t build it for tech enthusiasts or automation nerds. We built it for real agents — the ones juggling calls, renewals, staff, family, and a dozen fires a day — who just want a system that helps them do what they already know works, without losing more hours or sanity.
Who LARA’s For
LARA isn’t a fit for everyone — and that’s okay.
It’s for agents who:
Want to grow but are tired of piecing 10 tools together.
Believe in relationship-based business but can’t find time to build it.
Want automation that feels natural, not robotic.
Value accountability because they know structure drives results.
If that sounds like you, you’re the kind of agent who will thrive here.
The Bigger Picture
LARA isn’t a tech project or a marketing gimmick. It’s the evolution of what we’ve been teaching and building for years. It’s the natural next step after watching thousands of agents take pieces of our systems and wish someone could just run it for them.
So we did.
We took the best of what we’ve taught — the outreach, the relationship building, the tech, the accountability — and built something that takes care of it for you.
This isn’t the end of training or education. It’s the next phase of it — where the systems we’ve always talked about actually live and breathe inside an agent’s daily workflow.
Closing Thoughts
We built LARA because we’ve seen what happens when agents get stuck trying to do everything alone.
We’ve seen the burnout, the plate-spinning, the frustration.
And we’ve seen what happens when the right systems, structure, and accountability fall into place — agents grow, referrals flow, and business finally feels manageable again.
That’s what LARA is about.
Not hype. Not shortcuts. Just a better way to run the business you already love.
